| Bill Sergott. Lead Pastor Bill is an extremely young, attractive, dynamic, versatile...OK, so we have all had better looking pastors, but Bill gets the job done. He has worked as a professional minister for the last 15 years, starting out as a motivational speaker for youth and in leading youth retreats and conferences. He has done a great deal of youth pastoring and has worked with many young adults as well. He has a degree in Theology and Philosophy from St. Norbert College, and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree. His passion is to help the overall Body of Christ to grow and become a relevant voice in the issues that face all people. He has lived in Green Bay for most of his life, and is a die hard fan of all Wisconsin sports. Go Packers! Contact: bsergott@adullamvineyard.com Teresa Sergott. Lead Pastor Teresa is the other half of our senior pastoral team. She has worked with youth for a great deal of her career as well. Originally from Atlanta and still adjusting to the cold, she did her undergraduate work in Theology and Theater at Villanova University. She has an incredible vision for worship, environment, and the arts, and she is the creative genius behind our drive to make worship pleasing to our God and powerful for our people. If something works well in the church, it is usually her fault. Teresa is passionate about making worship come alive, giving people a profound experience of God every time we approach His throne.
